Rincón de La Vieja National Park Tour

Upon arrival to the Park you will have three options, to take the trail to the Main Crater, the trail “Las Pailas” or the famous “Volcancito” (small volcano) trail.

There are also possibilities to visit one of the splendid waterfalls such was Laguna Azul (Blue Lagoon).

Rincón de la Vieja National Park is a very special place that offers abundant vegetation. During the dry season a wide variety of trees lose their leaves and bloom in different colors and when the rains begin everything turns as green as in the rain-forest. The volcano is active, and its hills are covered with both wet and dry forests that hide lakes, rivers, waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife.
